Carrying yarn on the wrong side

No more loose ends!
Instructions
You can use this trick when you are knitting your project in the round and with stripes. This will save you hours of weaving in ends when you're finished. Note the following steps at the beginning of each round:
- When the color doesn't change at the beginning of the round: Take the strand of the current color, lay it over the inactive yarn, and wrap it once around the inactive yarn to continue knitting with it. Remember not to pull the inactive yarn too tightly, so that the knitted piece doesn't pucker at that spot. Continue knitting with your active color. The inactive yarn is now securely anchored until you need it again.
- When the colors changes: Loosely lay the current yarn over the yarn of the new color (the one you are switching to) and continue knitting with the new yarn as usual.
